7:00 am Mindfulness meditation talk and practice (45 min)
9:00 am Pilates
10:00 am Yin Pilates (stretching class)
12:30 pm Rice paddy walk and lunch at Casa Luna
6.30 pm Meet in Honeymoon Guesthouse lobby for dinner

Day 2
7:00 am Mindfulness meditation talk and practice (45 min)
9:00 am Pilates
10:00 am Yin Pilates (stretching class)
12.30 pm Lunch Casa Luna

2-4:00 pm Bali swing or Bike tour tour 2-4 pm.
